Career and Major Exploration Resources

A big part of career readiness is finding out your interests, passions, and sense of self. Exploring different majors, areas of study, and careers are a few ways of discovering who you are. Below I have some career and personality assessments that can assist you in your development. Here is an interest worksheet that you can fill out as well.

Once you have gone through these resources, reach out to your school's career center, professors, and/or academic advisors to continue your career and major exploration. I can also be a thought partner in exploring what majors and careers you might be interested in. Schedule a meeting with me to start our conversation.

Personality Assessments

Personality assessments can be a great tool to help you find a career that aligns with your personality. A common personality test is the Myers Briggs Test. Click here to take this free assessment.

Once you are done with the test, go to Google, and type in the results + careers. When I took test, my results said that I have an ENFJ personality. I then typed ENFJ + careers into Google which would gave me list of websites that told which careers best align with my ENFJ personality.
